Creditstar Group is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own the data science framework across the Group, driving underwriting development and actionable insights in multiple markets.

You will build predictive models, design experiments, and lead data science projects while coaching teammates and collaborating with Product, Risk, and Data Engineers. A startup mindset and English fluency are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional data science experience.
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics or Statistics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience in machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Build models to predict customer payment behavior.
• Design A/B experiments and interpret results to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze complex data and deliver insights.
• Mentor and review work of data analysts and scientists.
• Define data science strategy and communicate with management.
