True Zero Technologies seeks a senior data science professional to lead data science initiatives across enterprise cybersecurity. You will build data models, ML algorithms, and automation to improve monitoring, threat detection, and risk analysis.

The role collaborates with security operations and threat intelligence teams to transform telemetry into actionable insights, driving proactive defense and measurable outcomes for a rapidly growing, veteran-owned company.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Engineering, CS, or Economics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in ML engineering, data science, or data solutions.
• Experience designing technical solutions and leading a team.
• Proficiency in Python, JSON, C++, Java, R, or Scala.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of data science solutions for enterprise cybersecurity.
• Develop data models and automation to enhance monitoring, detection, and UEBA.
• Design data pipelines ingesting and analyzing multiple security data sources.
• Develop ML models to identify anomalous behavior and emerging threats.
• Create dashboards and visualizations communicating cybersecurity findings to technical and leadership audiences.
