Job summary

TSG Risk Management seeks a senior Cybersecurity Data Science and Analytics Lead to shape how security data is used across the organization. The role partners with cybersecurity SMEs to frame analytical questions and develop scalable solutions beyond dashboards.

You will lead independent projects, translate security needs into analytics products, and drive data-driven decisions across application and infrastructure security, with emphasis on reusable data products and AI-enabled opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent depth in cybersecurity analytics.
• Strong applied cybersecurity experience in application and infrastructure security.
• Advanced data science, analytics, or statistical analysis experience.
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains and secure software development lifecycle practices.
• Familiarity with SaaS and data-as-a-service environments.
• Experience with cloud-native monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of endpoint protection technologies.
• Ability to translate security needs into scalable analytical products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cybersecurity and technology stakeholders to identify and solve complex analytical problems.
• Translate security challenges into data science, analytics, and engineering solutions.
• Develop analytical products that support meaningful security and business decisions.
• Create reusable data products and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Define delivery models for security analytics including dashboards and datasets.
• Provide analytical support across application and infrastructure security domains.
• Lead projects from problem definition through delivery.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical teams and leadership.
• Contribute to evolving the organization’s cybersecurity data and analytics strategy.
