Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelors in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' analytics experience.
• Option 2: Masters in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Option 3: 4 years' analytics experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical methods and ML techniques to develop predictive models and analytical solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature selection, and hypothesis testing for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven strategies.
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable analytical models ensuring data quality and governance.
• Utilize SQL and Python to manage data and automate analytical processes.
• Mentor junior associates in modeling techniques and data analysis practices.
• Create clear data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
