Job summary

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
GS-14 level specialized IT experience including data analysis, modeling and visualization with Python and/or R.
Advanced SQL proficiency with data wrangling and statistical methods.
Experience deploying AI models (generative, agentic) using TensorFlow, PyTorch or Hugging Face.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop and maintain advanced analytics solutions on enterprise data platforms.
Design and implement ML models to support business objectives.
Clean, transform and manage large datasets from diverse sources.
Optimize SQL queries and database operations for efficiency.
Develop and deploy AI models for automation and decision support.
Visualize data and communicate findings via dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with analysts, IT and stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
Prepare technical documentation including data dictionaries and model specs.
Participate in code reviews and uphold best practices for quality and security.
Support validation, testing, deployment and post‑implementation activities.
