Pantheon Data in the Washington, DC area is seeking an AI/ML Specialist to develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions supporting mission-critical requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams across a hybrid work model, with occasional on-site client work as needed.

The ideal candidate has a master's degree in a related field, 6 years of AI/ML experience (or 5 with a PhD), and a CAP certification, plus ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, AI, ML, Engineering, or related field.
• CAP Professional or equivalent certification.
• 6 years of AI/ML experience, or 5 years with a PhD.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML models.
• Develop and test machine learning solutions.
• Support MLOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Evaluate AI technologies and use cases.
• Perform model validation, monitoring, and tuning.
• Provide technical leadership on AI initiatives.
