The role emphasizes collaboration with AI/ML engineers, subject matter experts and stakeholders while delivering production-ready models and interactive dashboards in a data-driven federal setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Python, SQL and ML frameworks.
• Experience with NLP/LLM/GenAI tools is preferred.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and analytics.
• Strong quantitative and analytic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently build, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models.
• Analyze complex datasets and identify trends.
• Apply data science methods to extract insights and create predictive capabilities.
• Develop feature engineering and model validation approaches.
• Prepare models for production deployment and stakeholder interpretation.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and subject matter experts.
• Support data governance, security, and automation initiatives.
