Harnham is partnering with a high-growth fintech in Miami to hire a Data Scientist focused on growth, credit risk, and pricing strategy. You will own production models that influence credit approval, risk-based pricing, and experimentation across the customer lifecycle.

Expect 4–8 years in Data Science within lending or related sectors, with experience deploying production models and a strong AB test mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in Data Science within lending/fintech/banking/insurance or adjacent sectors
• Experience building predictive models used for commercial decision making
• Exposure to credit risk, underwriting, pricing, customer value, marketing science, or decision science
• Experience deploying or monitoring production models
• Strong experimentation/A-B testing mindset
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred)

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve production models for credit approval, underwriting, pricing strategy
• Influence decisions across the full customer lifecycle through ML and analytics
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to deploy and monitor solutions
• Drive end-to-end model development from concept to deployment and monitoring
