Job summary

Intuit seeks a Senior Data Scientist for its Business Strategy Data Science Team to drive growth across TurboTax and Credit Karma, focusing on data foundations and measurement powering cross-product business models.

You will own end-to-end delivery of the metrics, data products, and analyses used by leaders in product, finance, and marketing, design trusted cross-product data foundations, measure the impact of ecosystem initiatives, and build AI-native analytics tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; advanced degrees desirable.
• At least 3 years applying data science, analytics, and modeling to business decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R with large-scale distributed data platforms.
• Experience shipping production data products and metrics used by executives.
• Experience with AI tooling and agentic analytics preferred.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and productionize core ecosystem metrics and data products.
• Design and ship certified cross-product data foundations for analytics.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests of cross-product initiatives.
• Build agentic analytics tooling enabling self-serve data access.
• Handle regulated tax and cross-company data with privacy and compliance.
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights for senior leadership.
