Job summary

Intuit seeks a Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end delivery of metrics and data products powering TurboTax and Credit Karma. You will build trusted data foundations, measure ecosystem impact, and develop AI-native analytics tools for scale.

The role influences product, marketing, and business model strategies at a high level. You will collaborate with product, finance, and marketing leaders to productionize insights, deliver actionable metrics, and maintain data governance across regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, CS or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years applying data science, analytics, and modeling to business decisions.
• Expert SQL and Python or R, with large-scale distributed data platforms (Spark/Databricks, BigQuery).
• Proven track record shipping production data products and business metrics.
• Experience with AI tooling and LLM-based analytics is preferred.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence business outcomes.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Measurement: define and productionize core metrics (revenue, ARPU, MAU, LTV, retention).
• Data Foundations: design production-grade data products and trusted cross-product identity resolution.
• Experimentation: design, run, and analyze A/B tests with custom metrics and automated reporting.
• AI-Native Analytics: build tooling that enables self-serve data access and broad adoption.
• Data Stewardship: ensure privacy, consent, and regulatory compliance in data products.
• Communication: translate findings for senior leadership across product, finance, and marketing.
