Job summary

Amazon WW Global Selling is seeking a Sr Data Scientist to join the central PMO team in the United States. You will apply causal ML and rigorous statistical thinking to product decisions at scale, focusing on seller economics and impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of data querying languages (SQL) or statistical software experience.
4+ years of data scientist experience.
Experience with statistical models e.g. multinomial logistic regression.

Responsibilities

Use advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large-scale data.
Partner with stakeholders and senior science peers to identify data-driven opportunities to improve seller experience and economics.
Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on data science tools and best practices and evangelize them across the organization.
Design end-to-end data science workflows from data acquisition to deployment.
Support scalable, self-service data analyses by building datasets for analytics and ML use cases.
