Job summary

MSM Technology in the United States seeks a Senior Data Scientist to support DOS/PRM with advanced data analysis, modeling, forecasting, and data visualization. You will build dashboards, manage data dictionaries, and communicate insights to policymakers and stakeholders. A BS+ in a quantitative field and 5+ years of data science experience are required, with Python, R, and SQL proficiency and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Preference for DOS/PRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, modeling, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with large datasets and statistical modeling.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis and visualization including trend analysis, predictive analytics, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify quantifiable questions and develop data-driven solutions.
• Standardize, manage, and visualize partner programmatic and financial reporting within a centralized database and dashboard environment.
• Support the development of unified data-driven understanding of populations of concern using public data and dashboards.
• Communicate analytical findings to government officials, policymakers, and the public.
