Job summary

Dataiku, the Platform for AI Success, is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to design and deploy ML solutions for client journeys. You will partner with customers to integrate Dataiku with tools, train teams, and co-develop production-grade data science projects.

You'll explore diverse data domains, analyze models, and mentor peers while advancing AI initiatives across multi-vendor environments with governance and transparency.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of coding experience in Python, R, or SQL.
• Over 5 years building ML models and understanding data systems.
• Experience with cloud architectures, Kubernetes, Spark, and SQL.

The role of a Data Scientist at Dataiku is unique. Our Data Scientists develop solutions to real-world problems and participate in client-facing endeavours throughout the customer journey. This includes supporting their discovery of the platform, helping integrate Dataiku with other tools and technologies, providing user training, and co-developing data science projects from design to deployment.

How you'll make an impact

• Help users discover and master the Dataiku platform via user training, office hours, demos, and ongoing consultative support.
• Analyse and investigate various data and machine learning applications across industries and use cases.
• Provide strategic input to the customer and account teams to help our customers succeed.
• Scope and co-develop production-level data science projects with our customers.
• Mentor and help educate data scientists and other customer team members to aid in career development and growth.

What you'll need to be successful

• Curiosity and a desire to learn new technical skills
• Empathy and an eagerness to share your knowledge with your colleagues, Dataiku’s customers, and the general public
• Ability to clearly explain complex topics to technical as well as non-technical audiences
• Over 5 years of experience with coding (Python, R, SQL)
• Over 5 years of experience building ML models
• Understanding underlying data systems and platform mechanics, such as Cloud architectures, K8S, Spark, and SQL

What will make you stand out

• Experience with Consulting and/or Customer-facing Data Science roles
• Experience with Data Engineering or MLOps
• Experience building APIs
• Experience using enterprise data science tools
• Passion for teaching or public speaking
