Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, and/or postgraduate in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Analytics, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or related field with proven business impact; doctoral research may substitute
• Proficient in Python and DS libraries like OpenCV, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, Pandas
• Experience developing and testing code in cloud environments (GCP/Azure) and with large datasets
• Experience applying ML, optimization, simulation, and Generative/Agentic AI to real-world problems
• Familiarity with DevOps, Git and CI/CD practices
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence
• Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH on a hybrid schedule
