Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g., CS, statistics, biostatistics).
• 2+ years industry experience delivering Data Science projects using predictive tech, forecasting, NLP, ML.
• Hands-on with LLM application frameworks and finetuning techniques (e.g., DSPy, LangChain).

Responsibilities

• Conceive, develop GenAI/ML solutions for clinical trial operations.
• Fine-tune LLMs for protocols, similarity assessment, data harmonization, and eligibility criteria.
• Create tools for enrollment forecasting, cost optimization, and site/country selection.
• Develop patient modeling and enrollment simulations for accurate projections.
• Communicate technical methods clearly to diverse audiences and partners.
