• Master’s degree in fisheries biology, fisheries and wildlife, quantitative ecology, or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of increasingly complex fish data science assignments.
• Strong statistical, modeling, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with hierarchical or Bayesian models.

Responsabilités

• Lead analyses and assist with writing scientific documents and manuscripts.
• Develop and document statistical and decision-support models for water and fish management.
• Build reproducible data pipelines and automated analyses.
