Job summary

Enigma is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join the Entity Resolution team. You will own end-to-end data science problems from raw source data to models and scalable pipelines, delivering impact on product accuracy and value for customers.

You will work in a cross-functional team with other data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, leveraging Databricks and PySpark, while practicing principled, metrics-driven data science to solve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Requires 6–8+ years of industry experience in statistics and ML.
• Experience leading or mentoring data scientists.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer goals into scalable data solutions using Databricks Spark SQL and PySpark.
• Lead rigorous analysis and model development with reproducible results.
• Validate results against ground truth and close data gaps to improve the product.
• Develop state-of-the-art models when needed and keep solutions simple and robust.
• Own end-to-end data science problems from raw data to customer interface.
