You will own problems end-to-end—from raw source data, through models and scalable pipelines, to the customer interface—impacting the accuracy, scalability, and predictive capabilities of our data platform. You will work in a cross-functional team with other data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, applying state-of-the-art methods when needed and mentoring teammates to drive real

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of industry experience in statistics, experiment design, and distributed machine learning.
• Experience as a tech lead or mentor to other data scientists.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer goals into working solutions using large-scale data transformation and statistics.
• Work in Databricks with Spark SQL and PySpark, supported by ML/AI when needed.
• Maintain rigorous analysis and ensure results are reproducible.
• Develop strategies to validate results against ground truth and improve data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data products.
