DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Scientist Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions for mission data in secure environments. You will craft high-impact, explainable models that transform sensor data into actionable intelligence and guide production ML systems within CI/CD and DevSecOps contexts.

You’ll mentor junior engineers, collaborate with analysts, and ensure model performance meets rigorous accuracy, transparency, and operational

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of experience designing, training, and deploying ML models within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• </br>
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field; Master/PhD substitutions allowed for years of experience.

Responsibilities

• AI/ML Solution Development: Lead the creation and optimization of ensemble, neural networks, and unsupervised models for mission data.
• Automation & Scalability: Design automated pipelines for data ingestion, curation, and retraining for long-term performance.
• Validation & Explainability: Ensure models meet explainability and transparency standards with analysts.
• Model Deployment: Integrate ML models into production systems with CI/CD alignment.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Implement monitoring, A/B testing, and drift detection.
