Job summary

DeNOVO Solutions seeks a Senior Data Scientist Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions for mission data. You will guide production ML systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with analysts to ensure high accuracy, transparency, and operational readiness.

You will design ensemble, neural network, and unsupervised models, and build automated pipelines for data ingestion and retraining.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of DoD/IC ML experience leading technical teams.
• Experience designing, training, and deploying ML models in mission environments.
• Ability to ensure explainability and transparency of models.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML solution development tailored to mission data.
• Automate data ingestion, curation, and retraining pipelines.
• Coordinate validation with analysts and ensure explainability.
• Deploy models into production with CI/CD alignment.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
