Job summary

Rula seeks an experienced Analytics professional to support its EHR and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product and operations, and customer support. You will work across Product, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Data, and Customer Experience to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Day to day, you will partner with Product to improve the EHR platform, analyze metrics, trends, and experiments, and dig into billing workflows to drive accuracy, reduce friction, and support

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics or data science experience, with 2+ years in financial analytics or operations.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and interpreting experiments.
• Strong knowledge of financial metrics (CAC, billing, LTV) and operational metrics.
• Proficient in Python and SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze metrics and trends to inform product and EHR improvements.
• Investigate complex account questions and uncover root causes.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks in billing and support sustainable growth.
