Job summary

Rula is a remote-first healthcare analytics company hiring a senior analytics professional to support our EHR and Revenue Cycle Management product and operations. You will translate messy data into clear, actionable insights by collaborating with Product, Finance, Billing, Data, and Customer Experience to improve accuracy and reduce friction.

Day to day you’ll design experiments, analyze metrics, and help leadership connect analytics to business strategy for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics or data science experience with 2+ years in financial analytics or firm-level operations analysis
• Ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in design, deployment, and interpretation of A/B tests
• Deep understanding of financial and operational metrics and translating data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL and data visualization tools like Looker/Tableau/Hex

Responsibilities

• Support EHR and RCM product and operations with analytics
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Data, and Customer Experience
• Analyze metrics, trends, and experiments to improve accuracy and reduce friction
• Investigate complex account questions, uncover root causes, and turn data into insights
