Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist for the Customer Success Data Science team to drive analytics for the Business Tax product. You will measure expert-led customer experiences and translate findings into strategies that improve filing behavior and customer lifetime value.

You will define KPIs, build predictive models, and enable self-serve analytics with data engineering. Collaboration with product, operations, marketing, and support is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or related quantitative field is required.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and big data technologies (Redshift, Spark, Hive, BigQuery, Databricks) and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Dash).
• Deep expertise in experimentation design (A/B/n, bandits) and causal inference.
• Understanding of AI-native architectures and GenAI platforms; assess implications for workflows and measurement.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into testable hypotheses and learning agenda.
• Strong data storytelling and visualization skills with ability to influence leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical, business, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Measure Customer Experience Impact by translating expert-touch initiatives into outcomes.
• Provide actionable recommendations using diverse data and business knowledge.
• Define KPIs and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Create clear data visualizations for product, operations, and leadership.
• Design and analyze experiments including A/B tests and other methods.
