Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced analytics, decision science, or applied AI/ML.
• 3+ years with SQL and Python, in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs, NLP, or GenAI to text data to extract insights.
• Experience deploying and maintaining models or analytical assets in production.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing analytical frameworks that influence business decisions, product strategy, or customer experience outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, quantify business impact, and operationalize insights across the enterprise.
