Qualifications

• 3-5 years of analytics related experience in clinical research.
• Experience with clinical data preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in R and Python or other statistical packages.
• Expert proficiency with Machine Learning, NLP, and other advanced analytics techniques.
• 1+ years experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI agents, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develops prototypes, test methods, and algorithms for analytics.
• Enables data-driven insights to support clinical development continuum.
• Ensures adherence to federal regulations and Good Clinical Practices.
• Identify business needs and support creation of KPIs, reports, and analyses.
• Coaches and mentors junior team members.
• Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate clinical trial progress.
