Responsibilities

• Analyze multi-omics datasets to generate insights for cell and gene therapy R&D.
• Develop and maintain reproducible bioinformatics pipelines for sequencing workflows.
• Evaluate genome integrity, therapeutic performance, and safety of C&GT candidates.
• Apply statistical and computational methods for robust data analyses.
• Create clear visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with lab teams to design experiments and analysis strategies.
• Document methods and findings per quality standards.
