Wonder Data Science in New York is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist to shape the strategic direction of applied data science. You will mentor scientists, collaborate with engineering and product, and drive causal inference and experimentation across marketplace, customer experience, and operations.

You will design scalable ML systems, guide productionization, and balance user experience with operational efficiency while leading a team of data scientists to impact business metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and mentoring of data science teams.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with production ML experience.
• Deep expertise in causal inference, experimentation, and statistical modeling.
