Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and validating statistical methodologies for experimentation platforms.
• MSc in a quantitative field and 2+ years of experience in experiments or causal inference.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend statistical approaches that enhance experimentation integrity.
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering training programs on experimentation and causal inference.
• Proficient with Python, SQL, and R.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve the reliability and scalability of experimentation.
• Provide statistical expertise ensuring that methodologies are sound and aligned with causal inference best practices.
• Lead initiatives to educate cross-functional teams on experimental design and causal inference.
• Develop and deliver workshops and educational materials to promote data-driven decisions.
• Empower the Data Science team to use rigorous causal inference methods.
• Lead own causal inference research on Discord priorities.
