Paramount Pictures is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive causal analyses and A/B testing across subscriber journeys. You will own data pulls, modeling, and reporting to enable ARPU, survival, and lifetime value insights for senior stakeholders.

The role collaborates with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Analytics, and Finance, requiring strong communication and a hands-on analytics background in streaming or subscription services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, CS, OR).
• 5+ years in data science/analytics with hands-on causal inference or experimentation methods.
• Experience designing/analyzing A/B tests and understanding pitfalls.

Responsibilities

• Run causal inference analyses (diff-in-diff, matching, uplift) to identify retention drivers.
• Map subscriber journey to identify lifecycle, product, pricing levers impacts.
• Design, set up, and analyze A/B tests across the subscriber journey, including power analysis and read-outs.
• Build and maintain reporting and models turning journey optimization into ARPU, survival, and LTV metrics.
• Own SQL/Python data pulls, cleaning, and analysis pipelines behind causal and LTV modeling.
• Prepare clear presentations and summaries for stakeholders.
