Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with 8+ years, Master’s with 6+ years experience or PhD in Data sciences or a related field
• Experience supporting scientific or process development work
• Experience data integration and data cleaning across multiple sources
• Experience building data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for technical audiences
• Experience developing statistical, machine learning, or predictive models
• Understanding biotherapeutics process development or related data
• Ability to analyze complex data independently and communicate findings clearly
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to improvements

• Develop, implement, and support data integration workflows across sources
• Build and improve data visualization tools and dashboards to explore trends
• Develop statistical and predictive models for process development
• Analyze complex datasets and identify insights, anomalies, and improvements

• Troubleshoot data, software, or analysis issues and propose improvements
• Serve as a technical resource and trainer on data tools and methods
