Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience with Docker, Linux, and data visualization tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop scientific web- and data-centric applications for collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
• Deploy web and software applications to Linux servers using Docker.
• Document in-house software and provide training references.
• Support Shiny and Django deployments and Docker image builds.
• Analyze and visualize biomedical data using tools like ggplot2 and Cytoscape.
