impact.com is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to advance measurement capabilities across our partnership marketing ecosystem. You will lead modeling research for attribution, identity resolution, and tracking quality while owning end-to-end measurement pipelines and incrementality testing.

This high-impact role bridges technical integrity and business value, coordinating with external partners and shaping long-term identity strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data-driven research and development experience.
• Proven track record in designing incrementality experiments and A/B tests.
• Fluent in Python/SQL; able to take code from research through production.
• Ability to articulate complex tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering; Masters/PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Innovate & Modernize: use ML, graph networks and AI to advance measurement.
• Pipeline Development & Evaluation: build robust testing environments and monitoring; own deployment.
• Impact: implement improvements and quantify effects on metrics.
• Vendor Strategy: lead evaluations of third‑party identity partners with rigorous tests.
• Stakeholder Communication: translate findings for Product, Engineering, and leadership.
• Strategic Initiatives: contribute to high-priority measurement projects with leadership.
