Meta is seeking a Data Scientist, Analytics (Ranking, AI) to join Ranking AI within the Monetization organization. You will collaborate with product, engineering, research, data engineering, marketing, sales, and finance to turn data into strategic insights that guide product decisions and investment.

You will tell data-driven stories and influence partner teams with clear recommendations. You will work on developing hypotheses, applying rigorous analytical methods, and turning complex analytics

Formación

• Bachelor's in CS/CE or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's in Math/Stats or equivalent required.
• 6 years analytics experience (4 with a Ph.D.) or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R.

Responsabilidades

• Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
• Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and data presentation to develop strategies for our products that serve billions of people and hundreds of millions of businesses.
• Identify and measure success of product efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key product metrics to understand trends.
• Define, understand, and test opportunities and levers to improve the product, and drive roadmaps through your insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute product strategy and investment decisions.
