Job summary

DNA Enterprise Reporting seeks a Senior Data Scientist who builds production‑grade AI/ML systems from concept to deployment. You will operate at the intersection of advanced machine learning, software engineering, and business strategy, delivering scalable solutions across underwriting, claims, operations, and finance.

You will design robust pipelines, drive experimentation, and shape enterprise standards for model development and governance while influencing technical direction in a fast‑paced,

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on ML/data science or AI engineering work shipping models to production.
• Experience leading end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment and business impact.
• Ability to influence technical direction without direct management authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of high-impact AI/ML solutions from whiteboard to production.
• Architect and ship production-grade AI systems across underwriting, claims, operations and finance.
• Design, implement, test, and deploy ML/AI code using Python and modern frameworks.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines including feature engineering, training, inference, and monitoring.
• Ensure reproducibility with experiment tracking and model governance.
