Standard & Poor's Financial Services LLC seeks a Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end data pipelines and develop advanced ML and Generative AI models for business decisions. You will translate business needs into analytical frameworks and present findings to senior leaders.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a quantitative field and at least 1 year in data science, with Python, SQL, ML, NLP, and data visualization experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• 1 year of experience in data science or related occupation; must include developing and applying statistical and ML models; Python for data analysis; SQL for querying relational databases; experience with large datasets; building data pipelines; NLP/Generative AI models; creating visualizations or analytical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data pipeline design for large-scale datasets.
• Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and technical solutions.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Design, develop and apply ML and Generative AI models to solve business problems.
• Advise internal teams on effective use of Generative AI tools.
• Mentor co-op data science students and provide technical guidance.
