Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to transform complex data into business value using advanced analytics, AI, and ML.

You will design, develop, deploy, and monitor scalable analytical solutions, build data pipelines, and lead multiple medium to large projects from concept to production. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience designing and building data science, ML, or AI applications.
• Experience using Python, R, SQL, Dataiku, AWS, Oracle or similar to manipulate data and generate insights from large datasets.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple ML techniques, such as logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, clustering, and other predictive modeling methods.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and data environments, such as AWS and Oracle, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor statistical and machine learning models.
• Lead multiple medium- to large-scale data science initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Translate business challenges into analytical solutions and establish best practices for model governance.
• Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support AI/ML lifecycle, monitor model performance, and drive continuous improvement.
