Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable analytic solutions and build data pipelines for modeling and AI applications. The role requires 6+ years in data science/AI, strong Python/R/SQL skills, experience with cloud platforms, and ability to lead multi-project initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience designing and building data science, ML, or AI applications.
• Experience using Python, R, SQL, Dataiku, AWS, Oracle to manipulate data and derive insights.
• Experience with ML techniques such as logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, clustering.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data environments (AWS, Oracle) preferred.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, data engineering, and cloud analytics preferred.
• Experience with AI techniques including generative AI and NLP/LLMs preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects; willingness to travel; attendance.

Responsibilities

• Identify data sources and build data models to solve business problems.
• Develop data pipelines and datasets for modeling and AI applications.
• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor ML models in production.
• Evaluate modeling approaches and validate hypotheses with experiments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior data scientists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
