eSimplicity Inc. seeks a Data Scientist to apply advanced analytics, ML, and AI to large datasets, identifying patterns and predicting outcomes for government clients.

You will work with stakeholders to translate questions into analyses, develop NLP and semantic techniques, and build dashboards to communicate findings. Remote work within Eastern time zone is supported; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, ML, CS, Math, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related technology roles.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, and SQL.
• Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience developing NLP solutions and large language models.
• Ability to translate complex problems into analytical approaches and communicate findings.
• Public trust clearance required or eligible to obtain.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and maintain advanced ML and AI models.
• Develop supervised and unsupervised models including regression, classification, clustering.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured data using Python, Pandas, and SQL.
• Support semantic layer architectures and decision-support dashboards.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights.
• Develop NLP solutions including semantic analysis and OCR.
• Collaborate with data engineers to deploy analytics in cloud environments.
