Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science experience.
• Strong product sense to connect analysis to decisions.
• SQL proficiency for complex data warehouses.
• Significant experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Ability to use LLMs and AI tools to accelerate analysis.
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools and turning metrics into decisions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and open-ended questions.
• End-to-end ownership from problem to stakeholder adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop product insights to inform roadmap and adoption.
• Design and analyze experiments with clear success metrics.
• Define metrics, guardrails, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
• Partner across engineering, product, growth, design and user research.
• Build reusable data assets like tables, models, and docs.
• Use AI to scale data science and automate recurring analyses.
• Tell clear stories with findings and actionable recommendations.
