As part of the analytics team, you will work directly with real customer issues and data generated in real time. Your responsibilities include analyzing large-scale datasets, developing and refining machine learning models, and creating value for our clients. You will also have opportunities to learn new data tools and improve our machine learning platform, contributing to building operational models. Responsibilities

• Develop advanced machine learning algorithms to extract greater value from our data and enhance customer solutions.
• Refine and adapt our proprietary algorithms to fit various client scenarios and our strategic vision.
• Identify and validate new data sources to expand our core datasets, utilizing sources like the US Census Bureau.
• Clean and prepare customer data using tools such as PySpark, R, Python, or Excel for analysis and modeling.
• Perform descriptive and statistical analyses to uncover valuable patterns and inform customer decisions.
• Prepare presentations and materials to demonstrate insights and educate clients on our findings.
• Present results and models to clients as a technical expert and industry insider.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and creating models to solve real-world problems; experience with insurance data is a plus.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, including parameter tuning and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python or R; familiarity with PySpark and Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking, independence, and logical reasoning skills.
• Creative, open-minded, and positive attitude towards challenges.
• Ability to conduct independent research and pursue progress diligently.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
