Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform, providing organizations with control over their AI talent, processes, and technologies to unleash analytics, models, and agents. It offers no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, enabling teams to build with AI using their existing skills.

The role of a Senior Data Scientist at Dataiku is unique. You will code solutions to real-world problems and participate in client-facing activities, including platform discovery, integration, user training, and co-developing data science projects from design to deployment. Both technical and non-technical skills are essential. Our team uses primarily Python and SQL, with occasional work in R, Pyspark, JavaScript, etc. The ideal candidate is eager to learn new technologies and can explain their work clearly to both data scientists and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scope and co-develop production data science projects with customers across various industries
2. Support users in discovering and mastering the Dataiku platform through training and support
3. Provide strategic input to ensure customer success
4. Offer data science expertise to customers and internal teams
5. Lead technical projects pre-sales, scoping, and proposal development
6. Identify and communicate technical and account risks
7. Develop custom Python plugins to enhance Dataiku
8. Coordinate agile sprints and lead Data Scientist engagements
9. Represent Dataiku at public events and lead junior data scientist interviews
10. Contribute to internal assets and external blog posts annually

• Location: East Coast or Central US, remote work allowed (up to 20% travel)

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 USD, with final compensation based on experience, location, and other factors. Benefits include stock options, health plans, 401k match, paid time off, parental leave, disability coverage, and wellness perks. Benefits may be amended at any time.

US national base pay ranges: $150,000 - $200,000 USD.
