Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a data science professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop ML and data science solutions for federal engagements. You will plan AI engagements, understand client needs, and design analytics solutions for structured and unstructured data.

You will develop data-driven products using diverse data sources and perform analyses with ML, NLP, and statistical methods. ETL, dashboards, and interactive tools will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of technical data science experience, preferably in U.S. Federal government consulting.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, SQL, and experience with open-source packages.
• Experience in developing Deep Learning models (e.g., CNN, RNN) and applications (object detection, text recognition) using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and web frameworks (Flask, Django, Shiny, Dash).
• Experience leveraging cloud services.
• Must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Ability to travel as needed.
