Affinity Solutions, a leading consumer purchase insights company, seeks a data science leader to set the technical roadmap for predictive modeling, weighting, paneling, and campaign measurement. You will guide a team spanning scientists and engineers, ensuring scalable, privacy-preserving methods while delivering high-quality insights.

You will mentor senior staff, communicate methodologies to clients, and shape the R&D roadmap for advanced spend forecasting and churn models.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading data science and ML projects end-to-end.
• Strong fundamentals in ML and statistics with practical solutions.
• Experience with time-series forecasting and large-scale data.
• Proven ability to design model evaluation and backtesting frameworks.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate the technical roadmap for predictive modeling, weighting, paneling, and measurement.
• Lead a team of scientists and engineers across three disciplines.
• Own paneling and weighting frameworks for cost-effective, representative data.
• Contribute to campaign measurement methodologies with reproducible standards.
• Guide R&D for predictive models across full transaction history.
• Apply privacy-preserving modeling techniques and ensure cleanroom compliance.
• Drive production ML pipelines for scalable, reliable performance.
• Mentor senior staff and act as the ML/statistics authority to clients.
