Forbes Advisor is seeking a Data Science leader to build and lead a commercially driven Data Science function that delivers measurable improvements in customer acquisition, marketing performance and long-term growth.

You will lead a growing team of Data Scientists and partner with Engineering, Analytics, Product and Commercial teams to ensure predictive models become production-ready products that drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial Data Science, Marketing Science or Decision Science teams.
• Strong expertise in predictive analytics, customer analytics, machine learning and statistical modelling.
• Experience deploying ML solutions in cloud environments and working with ML Ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and delivery of predictive models that improve customer acquisition, marketing performance and long-term commercial value.
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Commercial teams to apply Data Science to business problems.
• Productionise models with reliable deployment, monitoring and retraining strategies.
• Translate complex modelling into clear commercial recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Represent Forbes in strategic conversations with technology partners while staying connected to AI, machine learning and marketing science.
