Capital One seeks a Senior Manager, Data Science – AI Foundations in New York, NY to lead a cross-functional team delivering AI-powered products across billions of records. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deploy scalable NLP/LLM solutions in production.

You will work with PyTorch, AWS, Hugging Face, LangChain, and VectorDBs to extract insights and deliver customer-focused experiences for Capital One’s mobile app and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 7 years of analytics experience.
Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration plus 5 years of analytics experience.
PhD in quantitative field plus 2 years of analytics experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
Leverage diverse tech stack to reveal insights from large datasets.
Serve as NLP expert to harness LLMs for customer applications.
Build ML/NLP models end-to-end from design to production.
Translate complex models into tangible business goals.
