Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field + 6 years analytics experience.
• Master’s Degree or MBA with quantitative concentration + 4 years analytics.
• PhD in a quantitative field + 1 year analytics.
• At least 1 year of experience leveraging open source programming languages for large scale data analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience working with machine learning.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI powered products affecting customer interactions.
• Leverage PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, LangChain, and more to analyze large data sets.
• Specialize in NLP to tune LLMs for customer facing features.
• Build ML and NLP models from design to training to production deployment for 80 million customers.
• Translate complex work into clear business goals.
