Coderio is seeking a Senior Data Scientist Lead to steer data science initiatives for international clients. You will guide the design, development, and delivery of ML solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Data Science, ML, or Advanced Analytics with leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on modeling, evaluation, and data-driven problem solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and common DS libraries.
• Excellent English communication with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of data science initiatives across projects.
• Develop, evaluate, and deploy ML models that drive business value.
• Own end-to-end DS lifecycle: data exploration to production monitoring.
• Architect scalable DS solutions using AWS cloud services.
