Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science on-site in Southlake, TX to lead predictive modeling and GenAI initiatives within FRM's Fraud Prevention and AML programs. You will collaborate across business, technology, and governance to deploy advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions that improve detection, investigations, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics, data science, ML or related field.
Experience applying data science and ML in fraud, AML, risk or financial services.
Strong ability to translate analytical concepts into business insights.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead exploration, development and deployment of predictive modeling, ML and GenAI solutions for fraud and AML.
Partner with business, tech and governance teams to prioritize high-value use cases for LLMs, RAG and AI automation.
Design and evaluate AI-assisted investigator tools and knowledge retrieval systems with governance and risk controls.
Drive innovation using cloud-based AI platforms to improve analyst productivity and decision quality.
Communicate AI-driven insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence decisions.
