Job summary

The role oversees data engineering, ML model development, and global data integration, working with executives across HMNA/HMA/GMA and affiliates to shape roadmaps and drive ROI.

The position requires extensive ML, statistics, NLP experience and strong project management, with a focus on delivering scalable, high-impact analytics that support

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Eight or more years of relevant analytical experience is required.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Previous hands-on experience building ML models required.
• Four or more years of experience with data querying skills using SQL.
• Four or more years of experience with Python.
• Experience managing IT and analytics projects.
• Experience in creating and presenting executive-facing presentations and other material.

Responsibilities

• Create a product road map, prioritize tasks based on changing requirements, and manage progress/backlogs as a product owner of Safety Analytics & Quality.
• Engage with North America Safety Office Division and Quality teams to understand technology and analytics needs and scope solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ML, NLP, and large language models to mine text-based data for insights.
• Pre-process, clean, and analyze large data sets.
• Build end-to-end data pipelines for machine learning models and monitor model performance.
