Qualifications

• BA or BS degree minimum; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years analytics development experience, preferably in health care.
• Strong SQL, Tableau, Excel; experience with Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Oracle Cloud.
• Understanding of 340B program compliance, hospital pharmacy operations.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data requests using IT, enrollment, claims, pharmacy, clinical, financial and other data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and BI tools.
• Develop data analyses, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure data quality and governance.
• Support data warehouse improvements and BI tool deployment.
